Austin & Ruth Cheney Suite
Relax and unwind in the largest of our bedrooms. At over 550 sq ft the original master bedroom suite is on the east side and overlooks the “great lawn”. It contains a king size bed, fireplace with LED candle set, wood floors and copious built in storage cabinetry. Relax with a cup of coffee or tea in the comfortable sitting area or enjoy your beverage of choice on the large private roof deck (seasonal). The bathroom features a large shower and the original double sink. Accommodates 2 persons.
Marjory Suite
Our most popular and private room was part of the early 1921 addition to the home. With its sloped ceilings, Marjory Suite is both large and cozy. It has a private entrance hall with ample original built in storage and a masonry fireplace with LED log set. Relax in the separate sitting room with Roku TV and enjoy the private en suite bath which features the original tile floor and pedestal tub. The king bed comfortably accommodates 2 persons.
Ruth Reynolds Suite
Named for the Cheney's eldest daughter, this two room suite has a sitting room with an original masonry fireplace with LED candle set and Roku TV, queen sleeper sofa and side chairs. The bedroom features a king size four post bed and it's own TV. Perfect for those who would like to have privacy while traveling with family or close friends. The en suite bath is accessible from both rooms of the suite and features an original claw foot tub. Accommodates 2-4 persons. Additional charge for more than 2 guests.
Mabel's Room
Enjoy a stay in the Cheney's original guest room. Now named for their youngest daughter, this quiet and comfortable room is located on the North side of the house. Take a soothing hot shower or bath in the original claw foot tub and then relax in the comfortable king size bed in front of the romantic LED fireplace. Accommodates 2 persons.
Elizabeth's Room
Cozy and comfortable are the first words to come to mind when describing Elizabeth’s room. Located in the original staff living quarters and named after Austin and Ruth’s third daughter, this room is a peaceful retreat from a busy day. Decorated in an Arts & Crafts style, Elizabeth’s room features a queen bed, chairs nestled up to an LED fireplace, and a private en suite bath with a separate step-in shower and pedestal soaking tub. Accommodates 2 persons.
