Policies

Room rates are for single or double occupancy.

During holidays and special events a minimum stay of 2 nights may be required.

Rates are subject to state tax.

Please note that no outside additional guests are allowed in guest rooms.

Cancellations for single room bookings require a minimum 48 hours notice for a full refund. 

For multi night multi room bookings a 10% non refundable deposit is required, and cancellations require 7 days notice.

Check in is after 3pm.  Arrivals before 3pm or after 9pm require special arrangements.

Check out is 11am.  Additional charges may be applied for check out after 11am.

We offer complimentary on site parking.

Due to the historic nature of the building, we can only accommodate children 10 and older.

We are unable to accommodate pets.

We are a non-smoking facility.  No smoking is allowed inside the building. 

For our guest’s safety the property is equipped with a monitored smoke and fire suppression system.  Guests are responsible for any charges and/or damages as a result of guest smoking, lighting candles, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, damage and fire department response fees.
