You and your party will have use of the Dining Room, Parlor. Living Room and East Porch (seasonal) for your private event.

Outdoor Events ( April 15 - October 15)

You and your party will have use of the covered East Porch (~ 10' 6" x 30') and grounds.  Perfect for a gathering of 10-15 people.

 Prices: Starting at $ 300 for 5 hours includes tables and chairs

For larger groups we can set up a 10' x 20' canopy tent, to accommodate an additional 15 people for a total of 30 . 

Prices: Starting at $ 600  for 5 hours   includes tables and chairs

We are happy to work with you as you plan your event.

You may bring your own prepared food, work with a caterer or engage a personal chef.

We can provide a list of professionals we have worked with or welcome connections with someone you have chosen.
